Everyone and their dog has an annual award for games, websites, or technology. All things created with the help of professional designers and big budgets... and everything angled to sell you something. We want to celebrate that which makes the internet truly amazing — our players.

Use this handy form to nominate player-created content in any of the following thirteen categories, and we'll put the top nominees up for a vote in early January. Those of you who win will kick off the new year basking in the knowledge that tens, even hundreds of thousands of gamers looked at you and said, "Damn, you rock."

Nominate as few or as many items as you want. You may change your nominations until Januay 1, 2008, but each person may only nominate one site per category. Please provide the URL to the site, picture or webpage for the item you're nominating. (View the complete rules here).

You may leave as many items blank as you like! Nominate in as many or as few categories are you are able. You may always come back and nominate more later.

	Nominate the Best Fansite: Do you know someone who has created a website for your favorite game, with no thought towards profit or corporate sponsorship?
	Nominate the Best Gaming Blog: Tell us about a blog primarily about games, gamers, and gaming that rocks your socks. No industry insider blogs, please - if the author draws a paycheck from the gaming industrial complex, he or she is not eligible to win.
	Nominate the Best Machinima: These movies tell us a story (not necessarily related to the game) using in-game footage. Music videos, epic love stories, in-game battles and more are eligible.
	Nominate the Best Video (other than machinima): Entries in this category are videos that are mostly from outside of a game; using live action, animation, etc.
	Nominate the Best User Interface Mod: We all use them, so let's give a prize to the best.
	Nominate the Best Mod (other than User Interface): Hey, Counterstrike started out as a mod.
	Nominate the Best Player-Created Level: Not all great design happens at a game company.
	Nominate the Best Fan Art: Does the time spent inside a game world inspire greatness? Yes, yes it does - help identify the next great artist! Pen and ink as well as purely digital work is eligible, but all artwork must be hosted somewhere online.
	Nominate the Best Guild/Clan Page: Some guilds have online homes that would make multimillion dollar companies weep with jealousy. Give us the links.
	Nominate the Best Costume: To win this one, we need to see links to images of your in-game character... and your out-of-game outfit. Don't be shy!
	Nominate the Best Player-Written Guide: Was there a game you just couldn't beat until you saw a walk-through? Were you broke until you read the guide? Nominate the best non-official, non-corporate guides here.
	Nominate the Best Player-Created Map: Even with the rise of radars and minimaps, sometimes you just need to see the whole zone.
	Nominate the Best Rant: It's not just about the swearing. It's about making you laugh until your sides ache and you have to run for the bathroom... and after you're done reading, making you think "that hit the nail on the head."
