The other day my buddy and I were playing in Uldaman. We were just going along following what quest helper told us to do. We had to open that huge door with the staff of whatever I can't remember. Anyways, we figured we'd go in there and kill a couple more troggs when all of a sudden this giant blue lady comes out and says, "None shall disturb the makers sleep" or something like that. We were sitting right next to each other, and I started yelling, "Oh my God!!!! Do we have to fight her. He was like "YES!!!! Shoot her!!!!! SHOOT HER!!!!!!! I was in a panic, I couldn't think of which hot keys to hit and before I knew it we were both dead. It was hilarious. We came back and coordinated a plan to beat her and succeeded, which was the most victorious I've felt to date in this wonderful game. We're both fairly new to the game, and we're looking forward to the similar and even better moments that we know await us around the bend. We're also glad we've found a great guild to be a part of while we're doing it.

I have to juggle a lot of my gaming between them and my work which often takes me out of town for a few days of the month.

So, I've started in Northrend, and naturally, I'm all over levelling... my professions!

As I recently switched Ceredwyn's mining for Inscription, Jewelcrafting has been a little interesting - but buying ore is not unfamiliar to me, and the price is dropping fast.

Interestingly, I've noticed that blue gems from Saronite Ore seem to be greatly increased from the past expansion. This SHOULD be balanced out by the existence of "Perfect" gems - gems with enhanced stats that proc semi-regularily while you're cutting gems - once you've completed a basic quest from a trainer in Northrend.

Thus far, Jewelcrafting has once again proven itself to be extremely profitable. I'm easily making back anything I spend on ore to prospect, although I'm sitting on a massive supply of blue-quality gems. This will probably come in handy later when I can figure out which the rare recipes are.

Inscription is still surprisingly low-profit, although the DK glyphs are bringing in a handsome fee. We'll see what happens with it throughout the new expansion - will prices rise as people stop picking herbs in lowbie zones? Time will tell, but this is a much more volatile market than Jewelcrafting, as unlike stat-enhancing gems, some glyphs are MUCH, MUCH more desirable than others.

Funny Story... Lets just leave it at that.

I started playing the game back in June of '08, and I leveled really quickly. I ended up hitting 70 about four days before the expansion, and I'm leveling up quickly. This is not the reason I am writing this experience though. I'm writing it because of how a friend of mine camped out for me. Back to June though. Anyway, I heard something about a expansion in July or so, and eagerly researched it up. I found out about WOTLK and I waited anxiously for it for several long months. But right before I could go and get the game I had a case of chicken pox. Though not deadly I couldn't go out in public at risk of spreading it. So guess what my friend did? He camped out for hours just waiting to pick up the collectors edition of WOTLK for me because he knew how long I had been waiting for it. That is the kind of person I want as my friend. Though this story probably holds no real significance to any of you, my friend's selfless act made me realize just how lucky I was to be surrounded by people that appreciate me for who I am. A gamer through and through; and I hope.. a loyal friend.

So, My friend Kromgraw thunderpunted 10 alliance off of lumber mill the the other day. Fucking awesome.

i must say i am impressed i can see why people become addicted to it. i am not to keen on the graphics tho, but i am rather enjoying my self playing it :)

I was a huge wow PvP fan! yet, going to school has stopped me from playing, so i cancelled my subscription. QQ TT_TT. Now that the expansion has come out, i'm excited to see the new area and level to 80, yet hesitant to get sucked in and not spend enough on college.
