A. I don't know any. However, there are a few I'd like to punch in the face. Such as the developers for Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom. Why I can play the entire game in one style and then have to switch to a different one to beat the final boss is beyond me.

A. FFVIII. 7 wasn't anything compared to 8 and yet 7 turned the world on it's ear and 8 got almost no recognition at all.
