A. Beta experience in Asheron's Call, Dark Age of Camelot, Shadowbane, LOTRO, Irth Online, Horizons, and though it never made it out of beta, Wish (by far one of my favorite beta experiences ever). The end of the world in AC1 was also alot of fun. Updated to add Pirates of the Burning Sea.

A. I just make them up. Why, you saying they suck? Why I oughta! </p><p >For the Crai Aisling crowd, I'll add the story of Serat's name. Serat ibn Yafem was the lead character in a storyline that I wrote and that was roleplayed in Asheron's Call. He was a dark figure who betrayed both the good and evil characters, but in doing so, taught the good characters (members of the Knights of Virtue) the true meaning of the virtue of valor. I liked the name so much I've used it a few times in other games. The great thing about the storyline was that until about 15 minutes before it launched in game, nobody knew it was coming. I had my friend (who played Oeli in HZ) in on it through an email a few minutes before we were supposed to log in. We had about 30 guildmates all involved in the storyline in different ways, and about 10 or 15 more from other guilds. Despite a few lapses, and without any prior notice, they all pulled off the story as written without even knowing it.
