A. In MMOs it can be a bit odd, but in the abstract, it just depends on what you envision the character like in your head.

A. Rock in general. Alternative most times, but Metal and Punk have their moments.

A. Generically, community. Guilds and clans make games okay games sticky and great games cocaine-esque. Specifically, if I'm serious about joining, the most important aspect of a guild/clan is what it talks about it. I used to be picky about it, but now, if it's less terrible than Xbox Live banter in FPSs, I'm satisfied.
