  10. New Win10 computer. Get this error on every site that I have tried. For some sites, Advanced says that it is untrusted SSL certificate and lets me proceed; other sites (including Google search!), Advanced says it is because site uses HSTS. Get a similar error message in Edge. Tried turning off Windows Defender (I can’t install any other antivirus because I cannot connect to the websites), but that didn’t help. (re other antiviruses – I downloaded the Avast! installation exe on another computer and copied it; it ran and installed Avast! (downloaded the installation files) but I can’t activate it because it can’t connect to Avast!). Any suggestions?
